I've been neglecting my blog a lot but hopefully that shall change now as i've finally got a laptop so i should at least be able to update once a week :) though james will probably comment on the fact i should get a tmblr like all the 'cool' kids, I think not.
I'm working on new routines and maybe a new blog just for burlesque I have't decided yet.
Unless i set up my own Von Vap website which is a very real possibility as my lovely Peski has offered to set one up for me, I just need to work ut if its wort while profit wise.
Saturday night was AMAZING!! performed at The Kitty Kat Cabaret in Shrewsbury at the old post office hosted by the delightful Raven Meadows! It was one hell of a fabulous show and I have to say my two best performances ever I actualy came off stage from both so happy with what I'd done which was a lovely change :) I did my completed Mermaid act with my giant clam shell and my original act 'gentlemen prefer blondes' as it was Kitty goes to te movies. So much had gone in to the whole production even before each act there was a presentation on the back wall with a noir movie feel as our names flashed across the back wall with some of our routine information!!
My little muffin Peski took me to the gig with the lovely El Kapitan!! we looked a right weird lot walking through the streets of shrewsbury with a giant clam, bed of nails and one eyed jack [my ferret thomas bought me saturday and surprised me with at work].
The other lovely ladies performing that evening were Ava, Cherry Zombie, Peski DeVille and Miss. Raven who's Pink Panther act I fell in love with, she looks just like Ann Fur Laxis too [lucky lady] Peski told me Khandie said she wanted to 'cut off Ravens face and wear it'I'd like to point out I feel the same way - Creepy minds think alike.
Peski's acts were bloody fantastic a balloon pop to mein heir as liza minellie and her brand new Medusa act with the fabulous new headdress of snakes!! with fire eating, body burning, stripping and bed of nails what more could you ask for??
The Sunday before I was Cabaret Carnage the Aftrmath but sadly being a Sunday afternoon I wasn't feeling it from the crowed so my boudoir act and mermaid act did suffer a little but Saturday definatly made up for it!
Coming up is 7th May - I'm performing at The Darkside I might adapt my 'TheDoctor will see you now' act, new song maybe? something more sadistic? I need a new shower curtain for it.
I need to start house / flat hunting very soon!!

Post Woman - I want to do like a 60's postwoman act mainly because I have short 60's hair now [stupid bleaching] using a mix of the song return to sender by Elvis and STOP! wait a minute Mr Postman by the carpenter, I think I need to get making some form of red post box [theres no room to store these things in my bloody atic room] - I better get some navy cotton too to start making the a line shift dress, white under wear, card to make letters and envelopes and a brown satchel!
Balloon POP:
I'd like to do a classic balloon pop to Big Spender by Peggy Lee - with cream/black balloons filled with silver glitter with a champagne pop finale.
theres also a few more but I best not run before I can walk - I want to go over some of my old acts too to refresh and change a few things.
Hopefully I'm of to Derby tomorrow night.

burlesque update: performed in bristol, walsall this weekend, teazed yup and got an email from robin lowe to be a resident at black country burlesque :D peski also asked if i wanted to perform at darkteaser and hopefully luli blue's new show :D

I can't decide wether to wear a full skirt swing dress or a wiggle dress to the 50's party that Thomas and I are going to for Katies Wedding party when she gets back from Las Vegas in March the lucky thing!! I'm thinking full skirt 'cause when else am I going to get to wear one? if so I've got to get a pettiecoat too :D
two weeks until Teazed up 4 - Valentines Day Massacre which is randomly on the 5th of Feb ... go figure?
I've decided to do a demented/Psycho nurse act
already got - nurse outfit, white stockings, white suspender belt, ribbon, black wig, latex gloves, white underwear [need to get fringing] and red sparkly heels!
the second act is going to be Lolita themed act ... well so far it is - I bought red heart pasties, I have red heart glasses and so far thats all I've got I'm not sure wether to reprise my 50's diner act as Katies coming to the show for her hen night and as her weddings all 50's themed it might be a bit more fun.
The last show was two weeks ago and actually I had a lot of fun apart from a little misshap with a prop I think the acts are a keeper :) & Peski & Sofire were fabulous lil ladies!
Peski shall be at the 5th of Feb show :D
Emma & Kris came along to watch :) which was fun but sadly Joelle couldn't make it :( stupid weather ... damn that snow!
Next weekend I'm going to Hersey and Heelz with Miss. Jossy at the Asylum it's black tie/fetish themed so I thought I'd wear my fetish heels and try and find a latex/pvc pencil skirt to wear ... I'm rather excited it's going to be a great night!
It's rather sad that I'm so happy over my new suitcase for my costumes its leopard print :) and works better than my lovely little 50's cases.
ALSO! my clutterfly necklace is going to be in Monday :D YAY YAY YAY finally!
& Tuesday I shall be heading to Bristol to see Miss. Sophia Rose :)
I finally finished UCAS :D so *fingers crossed* someone wants to offer me a place

I lost my job I got three new jobs - Blue Banana, Airy Fairy Corsets & a pub over christmas.
I preformed at Meltdown for my 21st and Teazed Up Christmas where I met some lovely ladies known as Lexxi Sexx, Adelina Le Shay and Mimi Demure!
& the next shows on the 9th Janruary at the Black Horse Pub at 8pm £2 in on the door! I have a new act but haven't put my costume together EEEEEK! so I MUST do that tomorrow or start doing it at least and I hope all goes to plan!
I went to London with James :D which was lovely because it snowed!!
& last night on New Years I spent at Tom's .... there were some vile photos taken :( vile [as I checked my blackberry this morning]
I got my leg piece done AGES ago and coloured and a little 13 on my ankle ... I want to book in for my pirate pin up on my other leg now!
